Just bought a Smoke Hollow Combination Grill & Smoker model 47180T............Seasoned it per instructions this afternoon and hopeing to try smoking a Boston Butt this weekend. This will be my first experience with smoking outside of a cheap electric smoker i had years ago. Allways wanted to try it with charcoal or wood.
