On Sunday I smoked 2 Pork Ribs and Corn this weekend using the 3-2-1 method.  I sprayed them down with Apple Juice every hour. Then when I wrapped them in aluminon foil I used about 1/2 Apple Juice in each one.  I smoked the corn for about 4 hours.  The Ribs turned out juciy and pretty much feel right off the bone!

The one on the right I used Sweet Smoking Rub and the left I did not put anything on them.  Mom and my brother don't like any types of rub, they like BBQ on everything.

Did you soak the corn before you smoked it? I was just thinking that it would dry out on  the smoker.

Shea , here's a little Street Vendor recipe I got in Mexico as I was 'shopping' .

Peel the husk back and clean the silk , coat liberally with Mayonnaise , recover the husk over the Corn and roast as you did with the

Ribs . I can't stop drooling looking at them...

 .

You'll ike the Corn , You'll need no Butter , some S/P and it's all good...

Have fun and...
