My Masterbuilt double door gasser is still in the box, but I already know about the accuracy of the temp. guage and want to replace it with a dual probe digital.  Any suggestions on what kind to buy and where to get them.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I use 3 Maverick et-73's and love them! Their customer service is wonderful! They have released their upgraded model that fixes a few design "flaws" tweet me @smokemifyougotm and I can give you a I depth review!

Only Maverick on Target's website is an old 2 probe version, not an ET-732 for $39.99

That's the one I saw.  Didn't know if it was older, newer, better , or worse than the et-73.  That's why I'm here, to learn from you guys.  I don't want to pay 40 bucks for junk if I can get a good one for 60.  I'll check out amazenproducts.

You're right T Johnson, the one at Target is not what I thought.  Thanks for the heads up.  No comparison to the ET-732.  I just ordered one from A-MAZE-N Products.
