Butts and ribs with qview

Its been a couple of weeks since i did this but I am just now getting around to putting these up. Anyhow my three best friends were all in town at the same time so we decided to have a BBQ. I did two butts and two slabs of spares. I used the Meowey method for the butt. Shout out to Meowey for putting up a great sticky. I rubbed them down with mustard, injected, rubbed, wrapped, and let them rest overnight. In the morning i injected them again and re-rubbed them. For the the ribs I let them soak overnight in apple cider, and then used the 3-2-1 method. Everything turned out great, however i think I cooked the ribs about 30 minutes too long. Anyhow here are the pictures!

Thanks everyone!! And to answer your question supercenterchef, I have no idea. My wife got me a BBQ book many years back and that's what it said to do. I've been doing it ever since. I guess the cider and lemon juice helps tenderize the meat?? But the taste is great and they are always moist I forgot to mention that I sprayed them every hour with the slaughterhouse spritz. I added a bit of captains Morgan to it as well.
