Hi all!! My name is Steve and I am from Madisonville Kentucky, which is in the western part of the state. I enjoy grilling and am new to smoking. I have a standard propane gas grill, a Weber charcoal kettle grill, and recently bought a Broil King Keg smoker/grill. I am just now getting the hang of using the Keg and looking forward to learning to smoke with it. I am also looking forward to conversing with others in the process. I am always open to advice and new ideas. Glad I found this site.

Steve welcome to SMF glad you joined us. I've spent some time in Madisonville as my Grandfather used to live in Earlington. You'll find lots of good info and some great recipes here. Have fun and happy smoking
