My name is Anthony. My friends call me BoneyTee

I am a novice smoker. I just got a Char Griller duo with firebox for my birthday on the 21st. I used to have what I called the Brinkman torpedo smoker. I am having the hardest time with this new smoker. I have never had a fire box.

I have not been to the forum in a couple of years so I am reintroducing myself:grilling_smilie:

 to SMF!!! Glad you found us! Hopefully one day soon we can all call you BoneyTee! I have a propane smoker so I can't help you much with that CharGriller but I know there are a lot of people on here that use them with great success so I know they will be along soon to help you out. They will have you using that CG like a pro in no time!

Can't give you any help with the smoker, cause I have an electric, but there are lots of folks here that use them
