Does anyone know where I could get a replacement gauge for my grill?

I need one that shows actual temp. Thanks for any help.

I would just leave that one alone and get a Maverick ET73 so you could monitor both the smoker and the food remotely

I agree 100%. The door and lid thermometers are known for being inaccurate. I did not know how far off they were until I got my ET-732's (which are both right on the money in the boiling water test at 212F and 32F in the crushed ice water test) and used them in my smoker, it was a huge difference between the door thermometer and the known accurate ET-732's. They will give you the exact temp in numbers and are very easy to use.
