Hello Fellow BBQ'ers and Smokers

Thread Starter

My name is Steve and i live in Bel Air, MD (about 30 min north of Baltimore). I currently have a Master Forge Smoker. I enjoy smoking everything from Brisket, Pork butt, chickens, chicken quarter, ribs, and turkey. Pretty much anything worth smoking.

I've checked out this forum numerous times and thought it was time for me to get involved.

Hello. Yea....looking forward to posting and requesting help on this site. I'm brining two chickens tonight and throwing a brisket on at about 3 am tomorrow morning and the chickens on a couple of hours later. Never injected my brisket before....thinking about trying it.
