Was that a Cooks Choice entry at a comp Ecto?  I love stuffed chicken breasts, never tried shrimp.  Boudin, ham and cheese, smoked sausage, but never shrimp. Looks great.

It will be at the comp my wife is doing next weekend.  She is cooking in Cleavland Texas a powderpuff cook off only women I get to sit back and drink beer.
