But it was good.

First we slit a chicken breast. 

Flatened it out a bit

Took Some Shrimp

and some Garlic

Add Butter and cook

Take some Boudain

and spread over the chicken

add shrimp

Roll up the goodness

Add some Bacon

Place on Grill at 350 for 30 minutes

Crisp up Bacon

Glaze

Hope you enjoyed it half as much as i did.

Was that a Cooks Choice entry at a comp Ecto?  I love stuffed chicken breasts, never tried shrimp.  Boudin, ham and cheese, smoked sausage, but never shrimp. Looks great.

It will be at the comp my wife is doing next weekend.  She is cooking in Cleavland Texas a powderpuff cook off only women I get to sit back and drink beer.
