Limited initial print run probably. Lot of books start that way now unless its expected to be a big seller.Mine is on backorder from Barnes and Noble. How can a new print be on BO?

if only it was an eBook :(
unless there is a different name for the book, Barnes and Noble are selling one:Its on ebook for everything except the Kindle right now. They are working on getting the deal worked out so it can be on the Kindle.
It is only on iTunes at this point but I've been told that it will be on Kindle this week and soon to be on Nook and Sony very soon. Apparently there is a lot of formatting that goes into getting it ready for digital publishing.Anyone know if Nook has it
