Burnt ends are like little bites of meat candy! Tiny pieces of heaven!! You gotta try 'em!!! There are plenty of posts here about burnt ends. It's a must when doing a briskey!! Oldschool's ends look superb!

More ice , I make my own sauce... But I don't really need it , the flavor is in the meat. I use Hickory right now , Maple and Cherry are getting aged for next year.
My real secret is patience to sit and baby my meat ; that's the real treat , friends , BBQ , and refreshments... don't get better
