Woke up at 5 am and fired up the lil smoker. Pulled out the butt that had been rubbed the night before and put it on at 220. I was reading a post on here where someone had kept a temp log and thought that was neat so im going to do that for this smoke. Even had the little guy wake up at 6 to see what I was doing.

You are off to a great start - keep the qview coming

Still chugging along. Beans are done and butt is looking great. 171 right now. Hit the stall wall at 147-148 for about 1 1/2 hr

I started with that same little smoker. I hope you've calibrated that stoke therm? Served & still is serving me well.

Your smoke is looking mighty fine also. Beans look great!!

Nice butt an beans!!! patience is very good to have when smoking big hunks of meat

Meat and beans both came out really good. Needed to let the meat go a little longer but everyone was hungry pulled it at 196. Let it rest for 1/2 hr and pulled it.
