hows the skin turn out on these? I have been hesitant to smoke wet wings because I don't like rubbery chicken skin but these sure do sound tasty. I might fry some and just toss them in this sauce instead.

When these were made at the SMF N,FL Gathering they were excellent.

Thanks

undecided on how i wanna smoke em. MAK pellet grill, Meadow Creek pr36, MF gasser or Bradley.

They are really good. And had nice skin on them too.

Fired up my MAK pellet grill with peach pellets. Set to 180* for about an hour.

What a difference in smokers. The wings at the gathering were done in a stick burner, mine on a pellet pooper. I like the gathering wings better.

My wife said these were good.

I had to make wings last night because of your post. This was my first time smoking them. 1 hr with pecan and finished on a hot grill! Sooo good.
