Rita, evening.... Start with a Ramos Fizz instead of coffee, Bacon, tomato, asparagus, pepper jack fritatta and a wedge of cantaloupe for bkfst..... A few Bloody Marys while he's tending the ribs.... some pork shots while the ribs are in the cooler resting... and enjoy dinner..... All of this of course is during able hubbys tour of duty in the kitchen.... Sit back and relax.... any meal someone else cooks is a good meal....

Ohhh and top of that I will be planting ALL my gardens tomorrow .. veggie and flower .. Every year for mothers day they take me out and get me all the flowers for my yard .. and a few for my veggie .. most I grow down in the basement .. Nice long lived gift and they don't have to worry about what to get me for mothers day

Hot Peppers .. and Tomato's mostly .. I did have some mushrooms that came in the potting mix tho .. haha ..
I do have some Shitake spores .. Never did drill them in tho

I have a light set up .. just cheap 4' garage florescence .They work great for starting seeds .. especially ones that take a while to get going like tomato's and peppers .. I don't have a huge garden but what I have is what I have and I want it to grow well .. and organically ...
Once seeds sprout in a warm area .. you just put them under the lights ( I use chain) about an inch above the seedling .. as the plant grows try and keep it about an inch away from the light at all times .. too close it will burn .. too far it will not get enough light ..
I also use space blankets .. survival blankets on and around the table to reflect the light back to the plants ..

I just get the daylight ones .. I just use them for starting .. and keeping going till its warm enough to go outside .. If I was attempting to grow them inside for harvest I would need a whole different setup ..
I will try and jump down and grab a pic for ya in a bit .. pictures worth a thousand words so they say
