I am retired and we use to travel a lot but now health problems has halted that. I have been smoking meat for a couple years with moderate success but want to do better so I came here. I want to make and smoke my own bacon next so I better do some reading. Thanks for all I have learned here and all I will learn.

Welcome Tom,  bacon is easy and delicious.  It will teach you a little about both curing and smoking.
