Well here is what I am hoping to have for lunch today. If my Yoder doesnt ruin it with its temp difference from left to right. I am seeing a 52* degree difference right now. FFS this irritates me.

After 3 hours and about to go in the foil

Oh and this is my new toy

Ribs look good...What did you rub on them?...Good luck with the Sealer, I had the same model and had trouble getting it to sense the bag...JJ
