Good morning!! I'm excited to have found the forums. I'm new to this, so bear with me. After listening to a few people at my work talk about all the food they have been making and enjoying on their smokers, I went out purchased the Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5 smoker 2 weekends ago. So far I have done a brisket, ribs, chicken, and macaroni and cheese. I am an avid griller, I'm the crazy lady who is outside in the winter making pit beef, but hey, me neighbors love me!! I think this smoker thing is my new love and I can't wait to dig around the forums for new ideas.
