I've casually skimmed through this forum a few times since I purchased my first smoker, the 30" Masterbuilt Electric, a little less than a year ago. I've found a bunch of great recipes and advice on here, so I figured I might as well finally introduce myself.
After starting out with basic pulled pork and pork ribs, I've gradually expanded my smoking horizons to include brisket, salmon, tilapia, shrimp, crab legs, mac 'n cheese, a turkey and whatever else I'm forgetting. And, if I must say, almost everything has turned out surprisingly good.
I'm tentatively planning on doing an all-day smoking session in a couple of weeks, so I may be posting some pictures on here afterwards. In the meantime, though, thank you all for the help you've provided as I slowly learn the smoking ropes, and I look forward to talking with you now and then.
