Nice build. I like the size for a family and friend cooker, small enough to use all the time. I've been wanting to build one and have a local gas company that will give me a 250 gal tank but I think that's a little too big for me to justify heating up to cook for the family. Will probably cut it down to a smaller size. I'd like it big enough to handle a small pig (75-100 lbs).SH,
I cut the top at of the door at 10 degrees off of 12'oclock and the bottom of the door exactly at 3 o'clock. (So, my door is a total of 80 degrees of the tank circumference.

Just curious why you made your door opening 80 degrees and not a full 90? I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thanks.
