so im new here im from southern iowa i grew up on a farm we pit smoke a pig every year and ive used the webber charcol smokers ive created a thread on here and post the begining of my first eve smoker build if u read it please help me out im eager to gain knowlage. i love to bbbg i often expeirement with myown suaces but usually fall back on family classics any advice is appreciated.
