Hi my name is Rich and I live in Northern Wi. I am far from a pro at this smokin' thing but have been known to cook just about anything on the grill. I just bought my 1st off set smoker (Oklahoma Joe) from Home depot and have used it 2 out of 3 days I've had it. I will definitely have to make some modifications to it and will definitely use this forum for hints & suggestions. Got to go for now, have to check on a sirloin tip roast!
