The names Ras and I'm from the east coast of Scotland. I am currently cooking/smoking on a weber kettle and am getting a wsm very shortly for my upcoming birthday
Been doing a bit of low and slow including mainly ribs and chicken with good results. Looking forward to trying out brisket/pastrami and perfecting my ribs , also can't wait to try abt's but I hope to try them in the next couple of days on my kettle. Any pointers and info appreciated and hope to get to know you all soon.....
