Finished product  (not sure what that yellow stuff is, I think it looks that way from the camera flash, cause there was nothing yellow anywhere)

Good morning!  Chickens now brining and go in the smoker in about 4 hours!

Not sure what you mean.  The rub I used was jeffs rub

Chickens are done, pictures are being uploaded now.  Everything was so unbelievably delicious, i went to the store and bought two more chickens and four more racks of ribs for tomorrow!

Heres the chickens!

And heres them done!

The chicken was very very good.  The wings were my favorite.  More ribs and chicken today!

Thanks!  It was a great weekend, we all had a lot of fun and ate very well.  Couldn't have done it without this place!
