Oink Wrapped Oink.. (pork loins bacon wrapped) (Heavy Q)

Took a couple loins did one in a cowboy rub added crushed red pepper and cayenne as well as some ground espresso.  Took another and covered it with brown sugar cinnamon apple slices tupelo honey and cayenne.  Then took both of them and wrapped them in bacon.  The apple one in a hickory apple bacon and the other in a plain hickory bacon.  used the MES40 with the amznp hickory pellets 220 degrees until an internal of 150 approx 3 to 4 hours.  Then wrapped in foil for 15 minutes before serving.  Woman made some delicious black forest cup cakes!  Chocolate cake with butter cream frosting and cherry pie filling throughout.

She also got me a bottle of scotch for my friends and I to round the meal and the night out!  Thanks for looking.
