I've been lurking for a while and figure it's time to share some of my Q-View with you all. This was my 3rd attempt at using my new smoker (cheap $80 unit from lowes). On the previous runs I'd been using lump charcoal but this time decided to try some Stubbs briquettes .... seemed to work well but did burn hot as others here have mentioned.

The ribs got a rub down with some Kinders tequilla lime, and the membrane was stripped off the back then wrapped in saran wrap and placed in the fridge overnight. The chicken wings were placed in a 1 gallon ziploc bag with franks red sauce and seasonings and let to sit for a few hours before they hit the grill.

Rubbed up and just dropped on the grill:

Hope you know you're making me hungry, and it's almost 11:30pm!

Thanks for the comments guys!

I plan on doing up a BIG cook off this weekend. I'll be using the smoker and 2 additional grills :)
