Started looking for a stuffer and grinder after tasting all the great sausage treats and watching the demo at the N FL Gathering. Found this on craigs list but it is about an hour drive each way. The guy is asking $200 for all three items or individually priced as noted below. Curious as to the quality, durability, parts availability if anyone here is familiar with any of these. Should I grab all three or negotiate on one or two?

That is a good price on the stuffer. I am not familiar with that grinder so I can't comment. The slicer isn't much of a deal price-wise.

Not familiar with the grinder or slicer, but I have the stuffer.  Got mine on ebay in an auction for 112.50 plus shipping.  So 100 should be good if you don't have to pay shipping.  I would tell you how it works, but I haven't had it for long and I haven't used it yet.  I will be using it next weekend though.

The stuffer would be the only thing i would buy.

You can get a 1/2 hp ( 500 watt) kitchener grinder ,new w/ warranty on amazon for $99.

I checked the reviews on the one you are looking at and it bogs down and gets hot easily. (not enough power.)

Here is the review break down on the slicer.

Seems like this unit is a pain to clean is the biggest complaint.

Thanks everyone so much for the advice. I offered the guy $80 for the stuffer and am waiting for a response.

eman, do you know if the kitchener grinder on amazon is the same as the one northern tool has? Looks the same to me except the shape of the control buttons. There is a northern tool about 5 miles from my house so I wouldn't have to wait for the UPS guy.

Thanks again. New toys are soooooo much fun.

Guess I'm not the only one in central florida shopping for a stuffer. All items sold already

. My fault for a slow trigger finger.

So the search continues.......... and I won't be making sausage tomorrow.

same grinder . I have only used mine a few times but another member on the site uses his weekly and it holds up.

 1/2 hp =500 watts . i would not go w/ anything smaller.
