Here's my latest smoked chicken had to bring in and put it in oven because of bad weather but it smoked for over 6 hours @ 225 after putting it in oven the skin exploded open.

 

It was rubbed w/Suzannes Gourmet Southwest rubtodays smoke 010.jpgtodays smoke 011.jpg

that's a pretty tasty rub but it's expensive....got it when we were in Arizona in February
