Howdy all!

I just bought a Oklahoma Joe's smoker and fixed it up.  I pulled out about 20+ years of gunk out of the bottom and sanded it down and painted.  I am really excited to apply the second coat of paint tomorrow and smoke the spiral ham that has been in my freezer since Christmas.

I'm excited to meet you and learn from you all!
