So the kids had been bugging me for some pulled pork and sauerkraut, so......... a couple butts were in order!  Don't drool on the keyboard-


On at 0445 and pulled by 2100hrs.  All in all very tasty, just wish it would be done sooner!

Thin blue in the morning air- take that neighbors.  Thats a Brinkman with a propane burner (great mod)

Very good looking Butts , but the Kids , now they are Precious and as helpers I bet they had a fun time with you   biggrin.gif  .


Nice TBS , and a nice back yard , I wish I were living in the country , I have houses all around , with neighbors that come over to help absorb the smoke LOLicon_exclaim.gif

Thanks Pat- Yeah we are lucky to have a piece of land here on the coast of Maine with plenty of room to roam.  One of the kids favorite things is to go for walks in the woods and look for animal tracks, or buck rubs on the trees.  Good to teach them how to find game in the woods, should they want to hunt and fish they way I like to.


Plus kids are great food critics- they like it all!

Love the pic of your kids and I can almost smell the TBS from here. I miss the days and years when my son was at that age.
