Hello everyone,

My name is Joe and I live in Frederick MD ( walkersville to be exact). I am a huge fan of cooking anything that can be cooked outside. We try it all. We fry, smoke, and grill. I have a Side box smoker made by char-broil,  a char-broil gas 5 burner, and looking for a new grill (something that will fit behind my chevy). This site is great. I am looking forward to having a place to go with questions and having a place to share pictures of my meat ( easy ladies) just playing but I am sure you have all heard these before. Just a bit of background when we cook we go big. Its not uncommon to see 20 - 30 people at the house a weekend or every other. People buy the meat and I smoke it. Not that I am good but there is not a bunch of places to get good BBQ around here. I have ton of questions and can't wait to start asking and reading.

Hey Joe, nice to see someone local.  I dont get a chance to post much, but im a few minutes away in carroll county.  Nice to see another fellow smoker so close by.  My close friend lives on devibiss bridge rd there in walkersville.
