hi all..want to put it right out their quickly rather than searching around on here.

I want to use a standard two burner table top hot plate for my smokehouse....it will be about 1500 watts total on 110 power cord.

Can I use this PID to plug the hot plate in to tell it to turn on and off by interior temp?

The only reason I was going to go two burner unit...one for heat..the other for my smoke wood chips.

thanks for your info...

Yes you can. I use one for my Bradley. Plug the hotplate to the back of the PID and the pid to the socket. hang the pid temp probe where you like in the box.
