I'm Matt from Madison, WI. I stumbled across this site while looking for meat grinder reviews, and decided to stick around. I've been smoking meat for about four years now. My Char-Broil grill with offset smoker box was one of the first purchases I made after my wife and I bought a house, and it's seen steady use the past few summers, mostly ribs and pork loin. Busy schedules haven't given me much time for all day cuts like brisket, but this summer I'm going to try making my own sausages and smoking those (hence the grinder reviews).
