Hi everyone! A guy I work with is responsible for my meat smoking addiction. I presently have a Traeger Texas pellet smoker and am collecting stuff to build a reverse flow stick burner with my new welder. Been looking around in here and figured I'd join. Thanks to everyone who posts for all of the great info!

Welcome Diggler! Same thing happened to me, a guy at work brought in his smoker one day and smoked some chicken, I had my GOSM ordered before the end of the day. He got me hooked on smoking, SMF has turned me into a madman.
