Hi all. I'm relatively new to BBQ and smoking. Right now I do everything on a gas grill but am looking to get or build a true smoker in the near future, possibly a UDS. I found this site while looking up info for smoking some kielbasa this weekend. Also have done turkeys and ribs in the past.
