Hi everyone. Saw a Masterbuilt electric smokehouse smoker on QVC and the meat looked so good that I just had to get one and try it! Just arrived this week and I put it together today. Not sure when I will christian it yet. I live in Salamanca, NY, which is just south of Buffalo. I love cooking on my Weber Charcoal Grill (in fact just got a new Weber Performer Grill). Never tried smoking though. Seen a lot of it on TV and boy does it look delicious. Looking forward to reading about some of your tips and tricks and also sharing my experiences with you.
