Hey,

Have not posted in a while but have been doing a huge amount of smoking. Thought I would post these up just put them on this morning and will post up more pics later. Prepped them yesterday with a mustard base with an off the shelf rub that I have had great success with.

What a great smoking environment you created. Looks like it is going to be a great day at your house 
 
Thanks, it’s a work in progress. At some point I’m going to pour a 10’ x 12’ slab right behind that area and build an outdoor smoke / kitchen area. I was able to about 30  9” dia x 12’ long logs from a new log building that were extras. Going to do a log style open air building with a metal roof. I work out of my house and that area in behind my shop so I have plenty of time to smoke and cook out. So the rain doesn’t stop the cooking out.
