My name is Bob, I am a food smoking enthusiast located in Tampa Bay.
I spent many years learning the art of smoking meat while I was stationed in the military in Texas and Hawaii, and I have refined my skills with some of the fine, fresh, saltwater fare I have at my disposal here in Florida.
I am an avid fisherman and airplane pilot and I am sooo stoked to make use of my newest toy.
I have recently purchased a Masterbuilt 40" Electric smoker from Sams Club and I quickly built an external smoke generator to provide me with the quantity of smoke I grew to appreciate from all of my previous sidebox, charcoal smokers.
The setup works like a champ and I'd be happy to talk anyone who is interested through the process.
