Howdy all, I have been looking over your website and forums for sometime now and finally got me a smoker. The 24inch Smoke Vault. I am new to smoking and have been reading and talking to firends, I know, I live in Texas and just started smoking... But atleast I have finally started. Anyways, this is all new. Was reading on roasts in your forum and started with a couple of roasts today, we will see how they turn out. Hopefully my wife doesn't shoot me for running two perfectly good roasts....
