Easter ham with Pinapple injection!

My wife and I were talking about injecting pinapple juice into the ham before we double smoke it on Sunday! Any thoughts or ideas?

I've had ham injected with pineapple juice, brown sugar, pinch of ground cloves and some mustard.
It was pretty good.

Sounds like a nice mix! Maybe I'll give it a try.

Just a personal thing but I would rather glaze with something like that rather than inject into the ham

Or a little from column A and a little from column B...

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't overpower it with the injection and a pineapple glaze is always good.
