My wife and I were talking about injecting pinapple juice into the ham before we double smoke it on Sunday! Any thoughts or ideas?
Sounds like a nice mix! Maybe I'll give it a try.
Just a personal thing but I would rather glaze with something like that rather than inject into the ham
Or a little from column A and a little from column B...
