This should be enough for Easter.

These came out great. Cooked a small batch up, but were gone before I could grab the camera!
Nuthin better than homemade periogies. Just like Grandpa used to make.

Sounds awesome to me but  looks like too much work. I don't like working with flower but I sure love eat it!!
I made about 130 total. That sound last a little bit.

In all honesty, this is what Easter is to me. I always looked forward to going to my grandparent's house after church to a homemade meal when I was a kid. Just continuing a family tradition.

I miss my mom's pierogies.... looks like I have to make my own.

Last time I made some with her, I made an "everything"... potato/yellow cheese/sauerkraut/chopped smoked kielbasa. They were tough to stuff everything in, but they are one-stop shopping deliciousness!

I also have a newfound love of sweet farmers cheese pierogies.... I'll have to find out how my local polish place makes them and copy, because they are to die for.

Hey, think city chicken would be good with a touch of smoke?

Those look awesome I'm liable to give this a try I tend to make too many mashed potatoes from time to time.
