So I saw this on here and had to give it a try. I took two and a half pounds of ground beef and added 2 eggs and a cup of butter garlic bread crumbs. Flattened it and added a layer of Jeffs Q sauce modified with a couple of Hawaiian ingredients and a layer of cheese. Wrapped a smoked sausage in bacon then rolled it up in the ground beef to make a loaf. Smoked it at 250 for two and a half hours using apple wood and basted the top with Q sauce with a half an hour to go. Damn that was a good meatloaf! Behold :
