First Spares with Q-View

Thread Starter

This is my first attempt at spares.  I trimmed them to St. Louis style, just because that is what I prefer to eat.  However I have a bunch of scraps that have some good meat to them.  Any ideas or "tips" on how to or what to put these pork pieces in?

Great start    Put those pieces in the smoker,  they may not look as nice as the St. Louis style ribs but they are still good eating.

Welcome!....Yup, put the scraps on the smoker. they will cook quicker but snack on them while your waiting...grilling_smilie.gif
