Lone Star Spare Ribs

Had the opportunity to do my take on the Lone Star Spare Ribs recipe found in Smoke and Spice.  I like a dry rub rib and these were very good with the beer mop.

Those look great - that book has some great recipes.  Their jalopeachy sauce is real tasty

BBQ geru 1.jpgBBQ geru 2.jpgInstalled BBQ geru DX2 on my WSM today never moved a degree 2 racks with Jeffs rub 1 rack with britu rub and cooked with britu timing best ribs I ever cooked,my wife liked the ones with Jeffs rub better
