Hi everyone... I've always loved outdoor cooking, and I like it spicey. I saw a program on TV which featured pulled pork, and it looked so good !! so I've browsed the internet for a couple of months..looking into smoking, and Im taking delivery of a smoker tommorow morning, It's only a cheap one, but, I want to try it... and we'll see, I hope to learn a lot from you guys...and look forward to getting to know you all...thanks for having me !!
