Im Dave from Pittsburgh.I have an old Big Chief smoker that has mostly been used for jerky and some smoked trout. I just purchased a MES 30 and I am looking forward to getting started with it.I will probally start off with beer can chicken and I want to try to make bacon as well.I guess that is it for now.
