Back when I was an Extern Chef I was busy and asked the Dishwasher if he could help prep 40Lb of Chicken Parts for the Buffet. I told him to use the Seasoned Salt. I meant McCormicks, in his house Old Bay is used as Seasoned Salt...He used Old Bay! I thought that was some of the Best Bird I ever ate! Unfortunately my Wife can't stand the stuff or even the Smell. wife.gif Good thing I have a dozen other rubs I can use on Chicken...biggrin.gif...JJ
