New From MN

Thread Starter

Hello everyone! I live in the southeastern region of MN and have just reacently discovered how to smoke food on a charcoal kettle grill. I have a 22.5" Char-broil kettle and have smoked a boneless pork butt and chicken quarters. Now I just need to convince my hubby to let me buy a bigger grill with a smoker box! biggrin.gif

Glad you joined us MamaT1982, welcome to SMF!

Charcoal kettles are great, but you can never have too many smokers!

Keep feeding him great smoked food,  Hey it worked for my wife.  After a couple of years with a Smokie Joe I asked her about a Lang and she asked why I waited so long.  Now she is always asking if I am going to get the smoker going this weekend.

Welcome to the forum,  looking forward to seeing some Qview of your efforts.
