Our soon to be 1yr old is having a party at the end of the month. While she is devouring her cake I wanted to cook something for the adults to enjoy. I settled on BBQ if the weather permits. The one thing I have been needing so bad is a Digital thermometer. With only a hand full of smokes under my belt I can say that this is going to be a good investment.

Has anyone used the RediCheck Remote Cooking Thermometer before? It is a lower end device but for $30 I wanted to try it out. It had fair reviews from Amazon.
