Hello guys/gals,
Just got my first charcoal grill for a wedding gift back in October, but the most exciting part is that i just bought the side smoker attachment, and will be able to start smoking things soon. I live in SE MN which if your not firmilliar has tons of trout streams as well as a large deer and turkey population, which brings me to my next point in that i love to make/prepare/eat wild game, but smoking it will be a new adventure. I have done some research on this site and feel I havn't even scratched the surface. I will also be working on smoking trout once the season opens. I look forward to talking with all of you and will love the insight everyone has to offer. I am part of a few other forums and know the potential of information these forums have to offer, except on smoking meats unlike fishing and hunting i am no expert and have little to no knowledge to offer, so everything will be new and exciting.
Kelly
