Been a while since I had chicken parmesian. Well, I have chicken tenders thawing in the fridge, canadian bacon from last weeks smoke and well, I guess I'll have to make some this weekend. You gave me the hankering.
thanks for the repies, guys - this is the good stuff for sure! as i said in my post, i was impressed with how seamlessly it came together. definitely an easy one to make, and the reults are top-shelf....
